Returns
- Custom Items: Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
- Non-Custom Items: Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Refunds
- If your item is eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the item and packaging.
- We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
